"Buen/Mal" is really just "bueno/malo" shortened for use immediately before a masculine noun.

'El tiempo' is usually 'the weather'; 'la hora' is 'the time (of day or night).' The time in 'one time' is 'vez' ('una vez'). The time in 'maybe some other time' is 'momento' or 'ocasión' ('quizás en otro momento'/'quiás en otra ocasión')
